Dear Secretary Sebelius,

Thank you for making a final decision to guarantee coverage for comprehensive contraceptive care, without any extra charges, for almost all women.

This decision will make an important difference in the health and well-being of women and families throughout the United States.  It’s an essential component of the broader affordable preventive care that you’ve already put in place for women through the Affordable Care Act.

I greatly appreciate your leadership in making women’s preventive health services affordable.  And I especially thank you for recognizing that a woman’s decisions about her own health, should be up to her – not her employer.
