- Are you a young person who cares about having good health care?
- Are you sick of hearing that young people don’t care about health care?
- Do you want to know what health care reform is all about
and help your friends understand it, too?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’re in the right place!
RWV is looking for smart young people to help us get the word out and we’ve got some resources to help you do it! We want you to gather some of your friends and classmates to host an event on your campus. Below are the only two things you’ll need to make it happen.
First, download our event planning guide:
It explains how to plan an event, who to call and provides factsheet to use.
Second, download the PowerPoint presentation:
It’s all set up for you to use at your event. It includes all the information you’ll need to share and a script in the notes section for you to use. The power-point presentation highlights the most important points in the health care law, and the notes and resources have more detailed information about each of the slides.
Use these two resources together to help you host a really successful and informative event on your campus.
DON’T forget:
If you have questions along the way, you can contact us at Raising Women’s Voices. Just email us at info@raisingwomensvoices.net or call us at (212) 870-2010. We’re here to help!
